The UAV TACTICA 2025 in Hamburg once again provided a central platform for experts and companies from the drone scene to exchange information on the latest developments and trends. The focus was on rescue services of the future, for example through the use of flying or running unmanned systems by the fire brigade or artificial intelligence that automatically generates reports and logs of the incident from radio communications.
embeteco, represented by Matthias Brucke, also took part in the event and presented our ongoing ZIM innovation network DroneSky.Digital. The innovation network focuses on developing technologies that will shape the next generation of air transport. A key aspect of this is international cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises and research institutions from Germany and the Netherlands, which are jointly implementing projects within the network.
The exchange with other participants at the event underscored the relevance of interdisciplinary approaches and networks such as DroneSky.Digital in driving forward the further development of UAV technologies. We would like to thank the Northern Business School and the organisers, as well as all participants, for the exciting ideas and synergies. UAV TACTICA 2025 was therefore not only a source of inspiration, but also a valuable opportunity to further increase the visibility of the network.

The Central Innovation Programme for SME (ZIM) promotes cooperation projects between companies and research institutions in order to strengthen the innovative capacity and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. The programme is supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action with the aim of advancing product development and strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises in the long term.
Network management
Network management is handled by embeteco GmbH & Co. KG. This medium-sized company, based in Rastede, was founded in 2013 and specialises in digital transformation, innovation management, funding advice and ZIM network management. embeteco GmbH & Co. KG primarily advises and coaches medium-sized companies (SME) and local authorities in Germany.
